P&Y (Pedro) and his crew were absolutely outstanding. My unit was about 20 years old and giving problems. He was very responsive and made an appointment the same day. He not only told me the issue but gave me options — a repair price and a price on a new unit — even knowing the unit was 20 years old. Other companies just told me to change the unit. His crew spent almost 7 hours and tested it so it worked perfectly. Reasonable and great pricing than these big box companies.

Great service and very honest. My parents had an HVAC issue where they called two different companies and both said to replace the whole unit. We decided to go for a 3rd opinion and contacted P&Y. It turned out to be a simple fix.

Pedro found and repaired the problem with our AC that others had missed. He was prompt, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Very important to us was that the cost was reasonable AND that he concentrated on fixing the AC instead of trying to sell us a new one. I strongly recommend him.

Absolutely outstanding service. Our heat went out during extremely cold weather with 30+ mph winds in the DC/Maryland area, and this company came through when it mattered most. Pedro came out on a Saturday night around 8 PM, after finishing another job in Virginia, and still took the time to get our heat back up and running. That level of dedication is rare.
